Chickpea Stew
Oil and 25 grams of butter is milled
then fry
2 chopped yellow onions
2 pressed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
if you like spicy food, you can double the amount of spices
and then pour in
1 packet of 500 grams of crushed tomatoes
3 peeled potatoes cut into chunks
3 peeled carrots cut into chunks
let them boil until tender, then add
1 packet of 380 grams precooked chickpeas
and if you like, for example,
bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and cauliflower
you can even put them.
Boil about 10 minutes and serve
