Picled Vegetables - Syrade Grönsaker
Peel 1-2 kg beetroot.
Cut them in a machine or with a knife into smaller pieces.
Strain 1Liter curdled milk through a filter for several hours or overnight.
Layer the beetroot bits with salt and whey really full and put on a cap.

Let the jar stand in room-temperature a week until it becomes sour, and then
add the pickled beetroot-strips into smaller jars and put them in the fridge.
Skala 1-2 kilo rödbetor
Dela dem i en maskin eller med en kniv i mindre bitar.

Varva rödbets-bitarna med salt och vassla riktigt fullt och sätt på ett lock
Låt burken stå framme en vecka tills det blir syrligt och lägg sedan de syrade rödbets-strimlorna i mindre burkar och ställ dem i kylen.
